Acoustic Steel (Stc 46 Through Stc 51) Door With Steel Frame

• Doors are flush with lockseam edges, template for 4.5″x.180″ (114 x 4.57mm) mortised hinges, cylindrical (161) lock (3’0” x 8’0” doors available in 161 only) or mortised (86 edge) lock or mortised exit device, surface closer and CDX-10 reinforcing, ASA strike and surface bolts at inactive doors
• Units are supplied with all acoustic perimeter seals, door bottoms, thresholds, and astragals (on inactive leaf)
• Stock frames are available in 5 7/8″ (149mm) or 7 1/8″ (181mm) jamb depths only.
• Frames for walls not noted above can be made to order to suit wall conditions through our Quick-Ship program in 20 working days.
• Options available: Fire ratings up to 3 hours, vision lites 5″x20″ (127 mm x 508mm) or 17″x17″ only (432 mm x 432 mm) with glass factory installed, seamless edges, and some additional hardware preparations as requested
