Smoot Associates
Smoot Associates Inc. was established in 1969 and has since grown alongside the industry, evolving into the company it is today. Since their beginnings, they have primarily covered the New England Territory as a ‘Full-Service Manufacturers’ Representative,’ fostering strong relationships with distributors and architects. This past year, they’ve expanded their reach to include the Upstate New York Territory, now representing a total of 12 different product lines across both regions.
Deegan Lotz from Smooth Associates will be the face of AMBIOC in the Upstate New York Territory. With extensive experience as an architect and a solid grasp of division 8 products, Deegan is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to distributors and architects in the territory.
CC Hardware Consultants
CCHC brings innovative knowledge from the Division 8 commercial door and hardware, electronics, and security marketplaces. They serve Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, offering a range of door and hardware brands. With a combined experience of over 100 years in doors, hardware, and electronic access control – including distribution, installation, and manufacturing – CCHC stands out as a market-leading firm in the Midwest. Their focus on relentless innovation, integrity, and responsiveness drives business growth, building partnerships one solution at a time.
CC Hardware Consultants has been representing AMBICO in Area 10 since 2011. Starting this year, they expand their representation to both Area 14 and Area 10. Aubrey Browning will be representing AMBICO in the Michigan (Area 14) Regions, leveraging his extensive 32-year experience. Bringing expertise in product information, strategic planning, networking, and time management, Aubrey will undoubtedly be a strong asset to the team.
